I do recommend that size up 1-2 sizes from your normal size for maximum comfort. 

We are still perfecting sizes on these, so please use the waist measurement before following the size chart.

L - 15in hip to hip (30 inches on the waist unstretched) likely to fit a women's size 4-8

XL - 15.25 in hip to hip (30.5 inches on the waist unstretched) likely to fit a women's size 6-10

2XL - 17in hip to hip (34 inches on the waist unstretched) like to fit a women's size 10-14

3XL - 18.75 in hip to hip (37.5 inches on the waist unstretched) likely to fit a women's size 14-18

4XL - 19.25 in hip to hip (38.5 inches on the waist unstretched) likely to fit a women's size 16-22

5XL - 20.5 in hip to hip (41 inches on the waist unstretched) likely to fit a women's size 18-24

Sizing: This is a new item to my company. The sizes seem to run tts. I am 265 pounds and normally a 2XL. I can comfortably fit in the 2XL underwear, however I prefer the fit of the 3XL for extended coverage and comfort. My daughter who is 132 pounds fits the size medium comfortably. Hopefully that helps!
